Find Your Perfect Mentor

During my tenure with Omantel especially, since Year 2008, I ensured that the people around me learn while working with me. When I retired from Omantel in Yr 2022, quite a number of people worked under / along with me has been in leadership positions, which include Omantel CEO, and other GMs & SMs. Also, as a mentor (part of nationalization drive) trained new Board nominees to manage the Subsidiary companies (5 subsidiary companies) and ensured that they discharge their duties effectively with constant monitoring of their performance. After my retirement, I am continuously engaging with the student community in our district as a Mentor being the memebr Management Committee in Thrissur Management Association. The objective is to upskill the future leaders in core skills, which include Critical & Analytical Thinkings, Problem Solving, Communication and also in areas of leadership & management and Financial Literacy.
